We “Make It Happen” for Bayer
Bayer wanted to do something different for its national convention in Las Vegas, so we kicked off the event with a rousing performance by the Desert Angels Gospel Choir. Performing to Bayer’s meeting theme “Make it Happen,” the choir adapted the popular song by Mariah Carey and brought the house down. When the choir returned to close the meeting, not a person was seated as the audience sang, clapped, and shouted along. Three standing ovations later, the Desert Angels were proud to have pulled off yet another successful event.
Women of Distinction Awards are awesome
Diva updated the scale and look of this annual event by producing incredible entertainment and bringing in an amazing graphics and overall production crew. People are STILL talking about it! The National Association of Women Business Owners has naturally asked us back for a repeat performance.
All night long with WaMu in Miami and the Big Easy!
A hand-picked high energy band kept it going all night long in Miami and then next year in New Orleans for Washington Mutual’s most honored employees at the “Summit Club”. We also painted New Orleans red with zydeco, Cajun, and jazz musicians and made the business meeting hop!
Diva jumps through hoops for the NBA
Las Vegas played host to NBA All Star Game and who else but Diva Las Vegas was asked to provide the soundtrack for the swanky after party? Later our entertainers helped Chris Webber’s Foundation rock the house at the annual Bada Bling charity event. What a weekend!

A week later, The Toyota Corporation went with a Western theme to roll out its new models at the national dealers’ convention. Our entertainers were there to make it happen with the theme “If You Believe.”
Chase has some fun with us
Manhattan enjoyed the antics of our Donald Trump and Tom Jones impersonators. Donald addressed “apprentices” in a breakout meeting, and “Tom Jones” rocked the general session.
Diva honors America
A month after September 11, 2001, our amazing band and incredible singers brought an audience to their feet in St. Louis, Missouri with a patriotic medley and a series of great American themed songs that were featured throughout the event. There were tears, but there was also celebration. It is one of our fondest memories.
WaMu is Wowed
Washington Mutual’s Sales Meeting was an unforgettable event thanks to the Desert Angels, who performed wonderful musical numbers and introductions for all the speakers and presentations throughout the day. The theme was “Wamallulah” complete with a “preaching” host and a massive set. The crowd was inspired, humored, and moved throughout the day, and people are still talking about it.
NBC’s “The Last Comic Standing” 2008 Finale
Yes, those were our gospel singers up there in the hysterically funny finale of NBC’s The Last Comic Standing. The opening number was a spoof on the Olympics opening ceremonies, featuring “God’s Pottery” and Bill Bellamy hosted. Our choir was thrilled to be invited to be part of the cast. We are still laughing. Iliza Shlesinger was the winner.
